Dates- chocolate truffle is old news. Everyone make it and everyone tasted it (and if not, you should cause it’s amazing).
But what about black beans truffle? – I promises that it’s so good!! No one will never guess!
It’s healthy, and so delicious. Instead of pump our kids with sugar, make this delicious snack- they will love it!
I learned this recipe from mother friend, Tzipi. I just love to have around me such cool, creative people from whom I can learn new, healthy and recipes.
Ingredients
2 cups of red / black beans
1.5 cups of instant oatmeal
1 cup of natural walnuts / pecans
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Half a cup of date honey (Silan)- or organic maple syrup
3/4 cup of chopped dark chocolate (about 100 grams)
For decoration – half a cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
Preparation
1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and grind to a uniform mixture
2. I have a small food processor so I grind everything separately and then combine it all together in a bowl
3. Cool the mixture for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator
4. Make truffles of the desired size and cover them with coconut falkes
